[Resolved] Problem purchasing RP Pro License

    Hi!
    I’m would like to purchase a RP Pro license. I go to the following link and click on the Purchase button:

    RhinoPiping Pro

    But i get redirected to a page which states “Your cart is empty”.
    Can you please check and let me know how i can proceed with the purchase of the license?

    Good morning,

    I’ve purged the website’s internal cache, could you purge your browser’s cache and retry?

    If it’s not working I will create manually a paypal payment request to avoid the issue. In this case, can you give me these informations:
    *Your company Name
    *Your company VAT if you are in European Union
    *Your full name
    (If you don’t want these informations to be disclosed publicly, you just have to check the checkbox “Set as private reply)

    Hi Mattheiu,

    i would like to purchase another license for RP Pro.
    I am again facing the same problem as in my 1st post of this thread.
    I emptied my browser cache as you suggested last time, but it still displays a message “Your cart is empty” when i’m trying to proceed to the payment stage. Please let me know how i should proceed.

    I’ve cleared the server’s cache on my side, can you clear cache in your browser and retry?
    If it does not work, can you try with another browser?

    If it’s still not working I will create manually a paypal payment request to avoid the issue. In this case, can you give me these informations:

      Dear Sheryl,

      Sorry for the late answer I was out of office last week. I’ve purged the website’s cache, checking out should be fine once you clear your browser’s cache.

      Also please note that RhinoPiping’s next release has been postponed due to technical difficulties, and we don’t know when (or if) we will be able to resume developments. It implies that there is no guarantee that RhinoPiping will become compatible with Rhino6.
